Dave has Been in the Real Estate Business since 1983, Specializing in Residential sales of Homes, Vacant land, new Construction and Land development. Dave is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Wisconsin and Minnesota and a past President of the Western Wisconsin Board of Realtors, past Realtor of the Year for Western Wisconsin and was on the board of the Wisconsin Realtor Association (WRA). Accreditations include CRS (certified residential specialist), GRI (graduate of Real Estate institute) and ABR (accredited buyer representative).

Dave has two children Steven and Stacy, enjoys Golf, is a Hot Air Balloon and Airplane Pilot, tries to exercise when finds time! Dave is president of the Somerset Lions club and past board of directors for the Somerset Chamber of Commerce, and very involved in various volunteer activities.

Scott was fantastic, he always answered our questions and helped every step of the way. He was very honest on pricing and our expectations were met in every way. Having a family emergency happen a week before closing, Scott was able to work with everyone involved so I could close early. He set a 45 day closing expectation and closed 13 days earlier.
